As the Operations Manager, Steph lends her strong leadership skills to The Kearns Group. Her go-getter spirit and multitasking abilities make her a perfect fit to keep the Kearns Group ship sailing smoothly. You can be sure the processes and procedures Steph has established and refined help to make the buying and selling process seamless for all of our clients.

Outside of the office, Steph enjoys many active pursuits in the Southern Georgian Bay region: hiking, swimming, skiing, and biking to name a few, along with spending quality time with her family and friends.
