The Spring Market has Arrived...

2022 is shaping up to be another record year for real estate in our area.  Prices continue to trend sharply upward driven by continued low interest rates and a chronic shortage of homes available for sale.  We are predicting another year of challenging buying conditions for those looking to get into the market.  Sellers will continue to have the advantage until the supply issue is addressed.  We are predicting double digit price gains for homes in our area again in 2022.
